How does the WXA.ONE credit pool work?

Your subscription funds a single universal credit pool that refreshes every month. The pool is spent as you use WhoisXML API products, and because it is shared, usage in one product reduces what remains available for every other product.

How does yearly billing affect my monthly pool?

A monthly subscription adds its full price to each month's pool. A yearly subscription adds 1/12 of its yearly price to the pool every month — so a $1,200/year plan funds a $100 pool each month.

How are credits priced?

Credits are priced at fixed published rates anchored to each product's price list. The calculator on this page shows exactly how many credits of each product your budget buys each month.

What happens to my existing product subscriptions?

Nothing — credits from product-specific subscriptions are separate and aren't affected by pool usage. They keep working alongside your WXA.ONE pool. When you use a product, its direct-subscription credits are spent first; the pool is only drawn on once that balance runs out.

Can I change my price later?

Yes. You can resize your pool at any time after purchase — "Change price" in your account previews exactly what's due and the credits your new price buys before you confirm anything.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancelling doesn't cut you off right away: your subscription's share of the pool stays available until the end of the period you've already paid for.

How do credits work with Jake AI?

Jake AI uses your existing WhoisXML API credits. WXA.ONE is the most flexible option, as its shared balance can be used across supported APIs in Jake AI. Credits purchased through individual product subscriptions can also be used for the corresponding APIs in Jake AI.
