National Child Protection Task Force (NCPTF) & Collaborators: Locating Missing Children and Saving Lives
About
NCPTF is a nonprofit organization that partners with law enforcement to find missing children—and find them fast. They use modern technology and intelligence and work with other nonprofits, private companies, and government agencies to accomplish this goal.
Supported by the Tim Tebow Foundation and in collaboration with more than 30 local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and child protection partners, NCPTF successfully completed the first Northeast Florida Missing Child Rescue Operation in June 2025. The multi-agency task force found 25 missing children in just three days.

Locating Missing Children Fast, Before It’s Too Late
Every missing child, whether they ran away or were taken away by perpetrators, deserves to be found and taken back to safety. However, this is easier said than done because each case is unique, with different elements that have to be scrutinized and reviewed in detail. A piece of information that may hold promise at one point can quickly become outdated, requiring law enforcement to go back to square one.
Coordinated Action That Brings the Right Expertise Together
NCPTF knew that law enforcement agencies needed all the help they could get to solve the cases of missing children that were quickly mounting up. To address this, NCPTF organized the Northeast Florida Missing Child Rescue Operation, bringing together several organizations that extended investigative support—reviewing cases extensively, following up leads, forming recovery strategies, and using advanced technologies and intelligence throughout the entire process.
In particular, NCPTF brought together the Tim Tebow Foundation, Operation Light Shine; the Jensen Project; Block, Inc.; WhoIsXML API (represented by Erik Oslon, Inside Sales Representative); Snap, Inc.; Clearview AI; Target; Meta; TikTok; Verizon; Thomson Reuters; the National Cyber-Forensics and Training Alliance; Her Song; Northeast Florida Human Trafficking Coalition; Isaiah 117; Protecting Children’s Innocence Task Force; UF Health; SMA Healthcare; Duval County SAFE Center; Open Doors; First In; See the Girl; K9s for Warriors; and Starbucks.
“To every single person who showed up—who came in early, stayed late, worked shoulder to shoulder with people they’ve never met, and treated every case like it mattered most—THANK YOU. You gave these children more than just safety. You gave them hope, love, and compassion. And you reminded each other that this fight doesn’t have to be lonely.”
Saving Vulnerable Lives
By the end of the three-day collaborative operation, 25 children were located, and several investigative leads added to unsolved cases. The Northeast Florida Missing Child Rescue Operation saved lives, and similar regional operations will mirror this success as NCPTF and its partners continue to work together and demonstrate their commitment to protecting vulnerable children.

WhoisXML API will continue supporting NCPTF initiatives by providing critical data points that can help locate missing children and perpetrators.
